Base for the Perfect Oatmeal

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup hot water, or to taste
  • Mix-ins of your choice!

Banana-nut

1/4 cup dehydrated bananas

1/8 cup chopped walnuts

1/3 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Apple Cinnamon

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp raw sugar

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Double Chocolate

 

1 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsps milk or dark chocolate chips

Mixed Berry

1/8 cup dried blueberries
