Chocolate Strawberry Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is super easy to make and loaded with fibre, omega-3 and protein (just to name a few!) Plus, it tastes great, is filling and is a good energy booster to start your day!


  • 3 tbsps chia seeds
  • 2 heaping tbsps dehydrated strawberries
  • 2 tbsps chocolate chips or chopped chocolate of choice (more is OK too!)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp powdered milk
  • 250ml hot water
*In place of chocolate, cocoa powder and powdered milk, using chocolate Breakfast Anytime drink powder (found at most grocery stores) is an easy and super tasty replacement!


  1. Combine and mix all ingredients in mug
  2. Add 250ml hot water
  3. Stir. Enjoy after seeds become gelatinous! (approx 5 mins)
