Chocolate Strawberry Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is super easy to make and loaded with fibre, omega-3 and protein (just to name a few!) Plus, it tastes great, is filling and is a good energy booster to start your day!
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsps chia seeds
- 2 heaping tbsps dehydrated strawberries
- 2 tbsps chocolate chips or chopped chocolate of choice (more is OK too!)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp powdered milk
- 250ml hot water
*In place of chocolate, cocoa powder and powdered milk, using chocolate Breakfast Anytime drink powder (found at most grocery stores) is an easy and super tasty replacement!
Directions
- Combine and mix all ingredients in mug
- Add 250ml hot water
- Stir. Enjoy after seeds become gelatinous! (approx 5 mins)
