Tropical Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is super easy to make and loaded with fibre, omega-3 and protein (just to name a few!) Plus, it tastes great, is filling and is a good energy booster to start your day!
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup dehydrated bananas
- 1/4 cup dehydrated pineapple
- 2 tbsps shredded coconut (sweet or unsweetened)
- 2 tsps powdered milk
- 1 tsp raw sugar
- 250ml Hot Water
Directions
- Combine and mix all ingredients in mug
- Add 250ml hot water
- Stir. Enjoy after seeds become gelatinous! (approx 5 mins)
