Tropical Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is super easy to make and loaded with fibre, omega-3 and protein (just to name a few!) Plus, it tastes great, is filling and is a good energy booster to start your day!

Ingredients:

 

Directions

  • Combine and mix all ingredients in mug
  • Add 250ml hot water
  • Stir. Enjoy after seeds become gelatinous! (approx 5 mins)
