Chocolate-Coco Protein Balls

You can’t go wrong with a protein bar, but what about protein balls?! Perfect for a quick snack on the go, for a pre or post workout or even activities such as heading to the mountains. I find protein bars fairly costly, so instead make some protein balls, package them up nicely, and voilà!
First off, I didn’t come up with this recipe, thank Monika from My Food & Happiness for coming up with this amazing protein ball base! I just thought it was too good no to share; it’s such a great recipe to build off of to your liking! (Personally, I love chocolate & coconut; hence the choice for this recipe!)
If you’re a coconut and chocolate fan like me, follow the recipe below! Otherwise, feel free to switch it up and use your favourite protein powder, nuts, seeds and/or dried fruit to make your own unique, healthy, and yummy protein balls Just start with the base made by Monika!

- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
- Put all ingredients below in a food processor and blend until smooth mixture.
