Mental health is very complex and effects everyone differently. Unfortunately, for various reasons, mental health disease, such as anxiety and depression are on the rise across the globe. The good news, however, is that our experiences with mental health disease have also led us to appreciate a remedy that lies right out our front door. 

GET ACTIVE

It’s common knowledge that getting active is fundamental for a healthy lifestyle. Building your cardio and strength, however, doesn’t only happen in the gym. In our opinion, our favorite ways to get outdoors are even better ways to get and stay active.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

The old phrase “you are what you eat” is a clever saying you shouldn’t take lightly! It goes way beyond the physical component… your mental health is also directly effected by what you eat (or don’t eat!)
