- Backpack (FYI: some backpacks have detachable daypacks which are super convenient for venturing after setting up camp!)
- Rain cover for backpack
- Proper footwear (Hiking boots, runners etc)

- First Aid Kit – don’t forget moleskins!
- Headlamp or flashlight with spare batteries (Headlamp is better so both hands are free!)

- Rope (For making shelters, clothes lines, bear hangs, etc)

Clothing: (layering is key!)
- Lightweight sandals or slip-ons (the best treat after a long day on your feet!)
- Waterproof outer jacket
- Waterproof, breathable pants (We suggest zip-offs to easily adapt to changes in temperature)
- 2 perspiration wicking shirts
- Perspiration wicking socks (Personally we pack1 pair for every 2-3 days)
- Sleeping attire
- Lounging socks (2 pairs incase one gets wet!)
- Toque/warm hat
